Real Help Concrete is hiring a Concrete Sealing Technician to join our concrete restoration and maintenance division. What does that mean? Pretty simple. We take concrete that looks tired, faded, dirty, chalky, blotchy, neglected, or just plain ugly... …and make it look good again. Your days will consist of washing, cleaning, restoring, coloring, and sealing concrete on residential properties throughout the area. Driveways. Patios. Pool surrounds. Walkways. Stamped concrete. Exposed aggregate. Basically, if it's concrete and it has seen better days, we want to bring it back to life. What You'll Be Doing Pressure washing concrete Surface cleaning driveways, patios, pool decks, and walkways Applying concrete cleaners and restoration products Recoloring decorative concrete Applying penetrating and film-forming sealers Caulking joints and detail areas Protecting houses, landscaping, siding, and surrounding surfaces Setting up and breaking down equipment Making sure the finished product looks dramatically better than when we arrived Occasionally standing back and saying, "Yeah… that actually looks brand new." Who We're Looking For You do not necessarily need 20 years of concrete experience. We can teach the right person.
