Job Description

Concrete Finishers ($33•35/hr) Gillmann Services, Inc.•Cincinnati, OH Gillmann Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers for ongoing projects in the Cincinnati area. We're looking for skilled professionals who take pride in quality work and can handle a variety of commercial concrete applications.
Pay:
$33•35 per hour (based on experience)
Scope of Work:
Flatwork, foundation walls, sidewalks, and curbs on commercial job sites Operate walk-behind and riding trowel machines Perform hand finishing to achieve high-quality surfaces Build forms and tie rebar
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Occasional Saturday work as needed Start time typically 7:00 AM (may begin as early as 5:00 AM depending on pour schedule)
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing Ability to operate power trowels (walk-behind and riding) Experience with forming and rebar tying Must have own basic hand tools (floats, trowels, edgers, knee boards, etc.) Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Gillmann Services offers steady work and a team-focused environment for skilled trades professionals.
