Monday-Friday; hours to be discussed Job Description We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete and rebar work on residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Cincinnati and Kentucky area. The ideal candidate has strong construction experience, hands-on knowledge of concrete and rebar, and the ability to read and interpret construction blueprints. Experience with flatwork and foundation walls is important, as well as the ability to lead and coordinate a crew on the job site. Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction crews on residential and commercial job sites Oversee concrete and rebar installation Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans Understand and oversee flatwork and foundation wall construction Coordinate daily job-site activities and crew assignments Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Monitor the quality and progress of work Coordinate with contractors, crew members, and other trades Help manage materials, equipment, and overall job-site organization Requirements Prior construction experience required Experience working with concrete and rebar Experience in both residential and commercial construction Ability to read and understand construction blueprints Knowledge of flatwork and foundation wall construction Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Valid driver's license required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a crew Compensation & Schedule $28-$32 per hour , depending on experience Typically Monday-Friday Working hours will be discussed with the candidate Job sites are located throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky area Company truck provided for work related travel. Benefits will be available after a year of employment.
