00 / Hour We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foremen to lead commercial concrete construction crews and oversee daily jobsite operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, safety, and production while ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standards. Responsibilities Lead commercial concrete crews Coordinate daily jobsite activities Oversee footings and foundations Manage foundation wall installation Supervise slab and flatwork operations Direct formwork construction Schedule manpower and equipment Ensure quality control standards Enforce jobsite safety requirements Read and interpret blueprints Coordinate with Project Managers Monitor production and progress Communicate with subcontractors Resolve field issues and challenges Maintain project schedules Requirements 3+ years Foreman experience 15+ years of concrete experience Commercial concrete experience required Footings and foundation wall experience Slab, flatwork, and formwork experience Proven leadership track record Ability to read blueprints Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass MVR check OSHA 10 preferred Willing to obtain OSHA 10 within 90 days if not certified Strong safety awareness Excellent communication skills Willing to travel as needed Comfortable working hands-on in the field Preferred Qualifications Strong foundation wall experience Commercial concrete site work experience Bilingual English/Spanish Experience coordinating crews, equipment, and materials Ability to make decisions under pressure Experience working directly with customers and subcontractors Compensation & Benefits Starting pay at $30+/hour based on experience Direct hire opportunity Company truck provided Fuel and maintenance covered after 90 days Career advancement opportunities Stable commercial construction projects Long-term employment potential Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Commercial Concrete Foreman with strong experience in commercial construction, including footings, foundation walls, slabs, flatwork, and formwork. Candidates must have a proven history of successfully leading crews, maintaining safety standards, coordinating field operations, and delivering projects efficiently and on schedule. Experience with foundation wall work is highly preferred, although strong commercial concrete site work experience will also be considered.
