COMMERCIAL

concrete experience and 3+ years leading commercial projects. Must be able to read commercial building plans and possess the knowledge to complete the job correctly from start to finish. Must be a self starter and able to direct a group of other skilled employees to complete jobs in a professional and timely manner. Must have drivers license and pick up truck from shop daily in Baltimore/Pickerington area. Willing to pay the right candidate $100,000+, with bonuses and profit sharing on top. Responsibilities Effectively lead crew of 5-10 men to ensure quality work is being preformed in a safe, timely and correct manner

• delegating individual responsibilities to each crew member Complete job from start to finish by reading & interpreting plans, layout, setting grade, leading concrete pours, etc.

Operate equipment/machinery including, but not limited to, skid steers, excavators, concrete saws, trowel machines, drills Layout, pour and finish all types of concrete including slabs, footings, site work, walls & piers Must be well versed in laying out and setting anchor bolts Communicate with the project manager to determine project requirements and procedures including the required materials and workers needed Communicate and coordinate with job superintendent when needed Identify and resolve problems as they arise

• including between other subs, between crew members, with the plans, etc. Must be excellent at multi-tasking, managing & organizing
• keep track of employee hours Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites Perform other related duties as assigned/needed Experience

• Understanding of OSHA regulations for construction safety
