Job Description Lead and manage large-scale, self-perform structural concrete projects from preconstruction through completion Drive execution of complex vertical concrete scopes, including formwork and post-tension systems Oversee project teams, ensuring delivery on safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals Direct planning and sequencing for slab-on-metal deck installations and multi-story structures Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and field teams to optimize constructability and cost efficiency Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and trade partners Ensure adherence to best practices in self-perform concrete operations and risk management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
