Starting at $30/hour

Location:

Projects throughout assigned regions, currently supporting the Cincinnati area Metcon is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews and oversee daily jobsite operations. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards while promoting teamwork and strong communication. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily field operations Conduct daily safety and production huddles Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials Ensure safety compliance and jobsite organization Maintain quality standards and minimize rework Communicate with Project Managers and leadership Complete daily reports and ensure accurate timekeeping Maintain company equipment and vehicles assigned to the project Requirements Construction leadership experience required Ability to read plans and manage crews Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality work Valid driver's license
