Our concrete team performs commercial foundations, slabs, paving, and site concrete, and we're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities As a Foreman with Kibera Concrete & Excavation, you will: Oversee assigned projects and crews from start to finish Calculate elevations and layout measurements Read and interpret plans and specifications Communicate effectively with the general contractor's site superintendent Ensure your crew completes assigned tasks correctly and on schedule, per plans and specifications Enforce company safety policies among all employees on site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site We expect our Foreman to work hands-on alongside the crew, treat customers and coworkers with courtesy, and bring a positive attitude to the job every day.
