Who We're Hiring A full-time Concrete/Sitework Laborer possessing strong dedication, reliability, and work ethic to join our concrete and sitework crews. Prior experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred but not required for candidates with proven dedication, reliability, and work ethic On the job training and experience with concrete and construction equipment operation will be provided for eligible candidates The Job Details Duties include: Assist with jobsite preparation and clean-up Earthmoving Pipeline installation Utility installation Rebar installation Concrete preparation, placement, and finishing General construction labor Complete all paperwork accurately and timely Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment by following personal and jobsite safety protocols and best practices Follow all company and jobsite policies and procedures Additional duties as assigned Requirements include: Highly motivated and dedicated Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned Strong communication and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently Skilled in heavy lifting and physical endurance Valid driver's license Reliable transportation (most jobs located within 50-mile radius of Camp Hill, PA) Available to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime when necessary to meet client or company scheduling needs Experience with concrete and/or construction work and equipment a plus Experience with excavation work and equipment a plus

• $22/hour (determined by knowledge, skill, and experience)

• Friday 7:00am
• 3:30pm
• Start and stop times based on client's schedule.
