Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Install Construction Workers for an immediate hire in Ephrata, PA. Join a growing construction crew installing prefab foundation walls on ground-up job sites. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction experience who want consistent hours with overtime potential.

PAY:

$18 - $20/hr. (based upon experience)

HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 8-10+ hour days starting at 5:30 AM

SCHEDULE

Expected work will be Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays ; approximately 40+ hours/week

Install Crew Construction Worker Job Description:

Crew members will assist with the installation of prefabricated foundation walls at residential and commercial construction sites. Workers will ride with the crew from the shop to daily jobsites and assist with site preparation, wall installation, layout measurements, and general construction tasks while working closely with the Install Foreman. Typical duties include preparing stone foundations, setting blocks, checking height and measurements, assisting with layout lines, sealing wall joints, tightening bolts, operating compaction equipment, and helping maintain a clean and safe jobsite. Qualifications for

Install Crew Construction Worker:

• Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (concrete or foundation work is a plus)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to follow construction drawings and layout measurements
• Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and lifting up to 80 lbs occasionally

Required Tools & PPE:

• 16 oz - 22 oz straight claw hammer
• Hammer holder
• 25' tape measure
• Steel toe boots
• Hard hat Additional Requirements for

Install Crew Construction Worker:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Crew members meet daily at the shop in Ephrata, PA before riding to jobsites in company vehicles.

Start times may fluctuate based on project needs and daylight hours. Overtime and longer workdays may occur depending on project scope.
