Concrete Foreman/Finisher/Laborer No experience required for the laborer position. Must be willing to learn and have reliable transportation. Room for advancement with right attitude and work ethic. Finishers are expected to have adequate knowledge in placing, finishing and form work ranging from footers to Slabs and sidewalk. Trowel Machine and Rider experience a plus. The foreman position entails that of a finisher and requires the ability to run a safe and clean job site while also coordinating with the office and onsite GC.
