Certified Precast Concrete Installer We are seeking a Certified Precast Concrete Installer to join our team. We manufacture and install precast concrete pads that serve as foundations for our prefabricated garages. The ideal candidate has a Certified Installer (Precast Concrete) certificate and hands-on experience with concrete, precast construction, forming, finishing, and installation. Responsibilities Manufacture and prepare precast concrete pads for prefabricated garages Set up and prepare concrete forms, reinforcement, and related materials Pour, level, and finish concrete Inspect finished pads for quality and accuracy Load, handle, transport, and install precast pads at customer jobsites Safely operate equipment and tools used in concrete production and installation Required Qualifications Certified Installer (Precast Concrete) certificate —

REQUIRED

Previous hands-on experience with precast concrete or concrete construction Knowledge of concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing Ability to read measurements and follow specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to perform physically demanding work Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safe work practices Preferred Qualifications Experience manufacturing or installing precast concrete pads, slabs, or foundations Experience operating skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL Compensation & Schedule Production-based compensation: Workers typically earn $40-$120/hour while performing production and installation work, depending on the job and individual performance.

Shop work:

Paid hourly at $26-$35/hour , depending on experience and performance. Full-time, year-round position Monday-Friday Shop schedule: 6:30 AM-4:30 PM, primarily

Mondays and Fridays On-site Schedule:

Jobsite work may involve long hours and overnight stays, primarily Tuesdays through Thursdays Opportunities for advancement

Pay:

$40.00 - $120.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
