$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Project Manager to oversee daily field operations for our concrete floor coating crews. This role focuses on coordinating installers, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent communication between the company and our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing fast-moving job schedules across multiple crews. Responsibilities Daily Operations Check in with installation crews throughout the day to confirm progress and resolve issues. Prepare crews each morning with materials, equipment needs, and job expectations. Review post-job worksheets, photos, and measurements from installers and ensure accuracy. Collect installer data weekly and report trends, concerns, and needs. Customer Communication Send pre-installation and post-installation messages to clients. Manage and update review links, ensuring customers receive follow-up communication. Communicate schedule changes quickly and clearly with customers and crews. Scheduling & Work Orders Schedule, update, and monitor all work orders. Perform site visits as needed before or during jobs to confirm job scope and quality. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Support for Sales & Installers Provide flooring knowledge to sales staff and installers, including product guidance and installation expectations. Assist with resolving field questions related to materials, prep, and coating systems. Experience 1+ year of experience with epoxy/concrete floor coatings (Required) 1+ year of experience in project management, construction coordination, field operations, or a related role (Required) Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
