This means our drivers occasionally support Earthadelic operations as well — hauling equipment, dropping off materials, and handling general deliveries to Earthadelic job sites across the area. It's a natural extension of the role that adds variety to the work and keeps you connected to a broader team of skilled tradespeople and field crews. We are looking for a skilled CDL Concrete Truck Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role that combines precision driving, equipment operation, and customer-facing professionalism. You will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering concrete to job sites, operating our volumetric trucks with accuracy, and representing Made Easy Concrete with the kind of reliability and care our customers count on. • Safely transport and deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate volumetric concrete trucks, ensuring proper calibration and accurate product delivery on every pour
• Collaborate with site teams and project managers to confirm product requirements and coordinate delivery timing
• Maintain accurate delivery slips, logs, and any other required paperwork throughout each shift
• Return equipment to the yard in clean, organized condition at the end of each day Vehicle & Equipment Care
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment every shift
• Identify and communicate any maintenance, mechanical, or equipment concerns promptly
• Ensure trucks and distribution equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily operations Safety & Compliance
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards at all times
• Operate equipment and vehicles responsibly with a focus on the safety of yourself, your crew, and the public
• Follow all job site safety protocols and represent Made Easy Concrete professionally on every visit Team & Yard Support
• Assist with general yard tasks, material handling, and site support as needed
• Work cooperatively with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and operations staff to keep the day running smoothly
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Earthadelic Delivery Support
• Provide occasional delivery support to Earthadelic job sites, including equipment hauling, material drop-offs, and general deliveries
• Coordinate with Earthadelic operations and field managers to align delivery timing with active project needs
• Operate vehicles and handle cargo safely and professionally across a variety of job site environments, from residential to commercial
• Represent both Made Easy Concrete and Earthadelic with professionalism and care on every run Qualifications
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record — required
• Tanker endorsement attached to CDL — required
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience; experience operating concrete delivery or volumetric equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety in all conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required by the role
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Knoxville, TN or Athens, TN prior to starting work
