This role is vital in ensuring that all concrete operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity. Duties Supervise and manage concrete crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate construction schedules using industry-standard software such as Procore Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities and ensure accurate execution of concrete placements. Monitor construction safety practices in compliance with OSHA and federal safety regulations; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Manage project documentation including, change orders, daily reports, and quality control records using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate schedule updates, material deliveries, and workflow adjustments. Requirements Proven experience supervising commercial concrete projects with a strong understanding of heavy civil construction processes. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, related tools. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction schedules accurately. Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication skills for effective crew supervision. Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience implementing safety protocols on-site. Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of construction scheduling and manage project timelines efficiently. Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as concrete placement and form work. Valid knowledge of construction regulations including quality control procedures; proficiency in managing budgets and project documentation.
