We are seeking someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced with professional concrete cutting equipment who is ready for consistent, full-time work. What We Offer Guaranteed 40 hours per week Full-time, year-round position Competitive pay based on experience Consistent and steady workload Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and construction projects Professional equipment and tools Opportunity to grow with our team Job Responsibilities Perform concrete saw cutting, including slab and flat sawing Perform wall cutting and other concrete cutting as required Operate concrete saws, core drills, and related equipment safely and efficiently Perform concrete coring/core drilling Set up and prepare work areas prior to cutting or drilling Read measurements, markings, and job specifications accurately Maintain and properly care for company tools and equipment Follow all jobsite and company safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively with other crew members, contractors, and customers Travel to jobs outside the Bryan/College Station area when needed Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous professional concrete cutting experience required Experience operating concrete saws and core drilling equipment Knowledge of proper concrete cutting and coring techniques Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors Must be able to work independently as well as part of a crew Must be dependable and willing to work a full 40-hour week We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in the concrete cutting industry and can contribute to our crew with minimal training.
