Join a Leading Civil Contractor - Excellent Compensation & Benefits About the Role We are seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to lead earthwork operations on major infrastructure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals who have a proven track record in managing earthmoving operations, site development, and heavy equipment coordination. What We Offer Top-tier compensation with consistent overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Advanced training on latest equipment and technology Performance-based bonuses Per diem for travel projects Key Responsibilities Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site Qualifications 4+ years of experience in concrete operations (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs) Experience with various types of heavy equipment Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Equipment operation experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work in various weather conditions Capable of accessing equipment and uneven terrain Standing, walking, and climbing as needed Be part of building America's infrastructure while operating the latest equipment and technology!
