What You'll Do Install signage in and around newly constructed residential communities Form, pour, and finish concrete pads for sign and hardscape installations Perform rough carpentry and general construction tasks Safely operate hand and power tools Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines What We're Looking For Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing preferred Rough carpentry or general construction experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Cell phone for communication Basic hand tools (impact drill, tape measure, level, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to start early and work until the day's assignments are complete Why Join OnSight Industries?
