As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, durable, and meet project specifications. Duties Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete. Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, such as trowels and floats. Operate heavy equipment as needed for specific tasks. Apply caulking and sealants to finished surfaces. Perform trim carpentry tasks related to concrete finishing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the construction site. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to concrete finishing. Experience with heavy equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints and edges.
