Job Description
Position Overview:
Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable and precise Concrete Repair Technician to support the installation of concrete repair systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values structure, craftsmanship, and long-term career growth in a construction trade. Working under the direction of a Foreman, you'll assist with job site setup, tool and material preparation, and ensure equipment is properly loaded and organized for each project. You'll follow established processes to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while gaining valuable field experience and training within an industry-leading team. With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $23-$32/hour or more. The harder you work, the more you earn. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling). Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check. Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time.Benefits:
