Working foreman for concrete patch and repair (minor, intermediate and major repairs) crew, preferably with TxDOT project experience. Experience managing 10 to 15-person crew. Competitive top hourly compensation, no travel, consistent overtime. Preferred 4 years of concrete labor experience and 3 years of supervisor experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Able to read and understand blueprints, job specifications and drawings. Able to read and understand product data sheets and product installation instructions. Can read a decimal foot (engineers) tape measure and use of a carpenter square. Communicate and interact with plant QC Examines concrete, after forms are stripped, to identify possible defects. Responsible for managing crew's weekly hours and daily start times. Able to hold employees responsible for performance and attendance Ensures all employees within his/her specific crew are performing job duties safely and responsible
