M3 Industries is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our crews and run projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of job sites, lead by example, solve problems, and consistently deliver quality work without needing constant supervision.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$30/hour Performance-Based Profit Sharing Full-time, year-round opportunity for the right person If you perform, you'll earn more. Responsibilities Manage multiple concrete projects from start to finish Lead and supervise field crews Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment Ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality standards Communicate with customers professionally Train and develop crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Solve problems before they become problems Requirements 5+ years of concrete experience preferred Previous foreman or crew leadership experience Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and decorative concrete Ability to read plans and manage layouts Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and accountable Excellent communication and leadership skills Who We're Looking For We're not looking for someone to simply show up and collect a paycheck.
