Job Title:

Concrete Finisher Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by ensuring that concrete surfaces are properly finished and sealed. Your attention to detail and expertise in concrete work will contribute to the successful completion of various projects.

Duties:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces
• Utilize hardscape techniques to create durable and visually appealing concrete structures
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute concrete forming accurately
• Operate heavy equipment for concrete placement and finishing
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to concrete work

Experience:

• Proven experience in concrete forming and finishing
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for concrete work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and precision in concrete finishing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Having a CDL is a plus!

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
