• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled Concrete, Excavation, Welders, and Equipment Maintenance Leaders to oversee and coordinate essential construction operations on-site.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of concrete work, excavation, welding , and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional technical expertise, and leadership qualities to drive project efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate concrete pouring, finishing, forming, and pumping activities to meet project specifications and deadlines. Oversee excavation operations, ensuring proper site preparation, grading, and trenching in accordance with blueprints and schematics. Lead welding projects, including metal fabrication, repairs, and equipment installation using various welding techniques. Manage maintenance schedules for heavy equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, trucks, and other equipment to maximize operational uptime. Read and interpret construction schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide team activities accurately. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and construction activities to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with project managers, customers and other vendors Conduct quality inspections on subgrade, rebar installation, concrete work, welding applications, and other related tasks. Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance logs, safety inspections, project progress reports, and incident documentation. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment maintenance and repair. Extensive experience in construction and blueprint reading for diverse projects. Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete setup and finishing techniques including screeding and power troweling. Skilled in operating heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used across various construction disciplines including carpentry and building erection. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards. Experience in with post frame construction of commercial and agricultural buildings. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols along with the ability to enforce them consistently. Join our team as a leader.
