Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Laborer and play a vital role in shaping durable, high-quality concrete structures. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites, where your skills in concrete work and construction processes will be essential. Duties Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and scaffolding for concrete projects Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Prepare construction sites by measuring, marking, and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and specifications to reinforce concrete structures Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and finishing techniques Cut and shape concrete using saws, grinders, and other cutting tools to meet project requirements Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and proper handling of materials Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as masonry or carpentry Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance procedures Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and reinforcement installation (rebar) Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading construction plans Strong understanding of safety regulations specific to construction workplaces including OSHA standards Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and operate power tools safely Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operation of heavy equipment (preferred) This role is paid and open to candidates committed to safety excellence, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
