Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Working Foreman who thrives in the fast-paced world of "Small Jobs" (projects typically ranging from $10k to $1M). This isn't a "sit-in-the-truck" kind of role. We need a lead who is still a master of the craft, someone who can wire a panel with precision while simultaneously coordinating a three-person crew and managing a demanding project schedule. If you enjoy the variety of jumping between different sites, solving unique field problems on the fly, and seeing projects through from start to finish in weeks rather than years, this is your lane. The Core Mission As a Working Foreman, you are the backbone of our service and small projects department. You will be responsible for the onsite execution of electrical installations, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. Anticipate material needs and coordinate deliveries/pickups to keep the "wheels turning" without downtime.
Crew Supervision:
Manage a small team (typically 2-5 people), assigning daily tasks and ensuring high productivity.
Client Relations:
Act as the face of the company for GCs and owners on-site. You'll be the one answering the "Can we move this outlet?" questions. 3.

Use tablets/software to track daily logs, timecards, and "as-built" changes.
Safety First:
Conduct weekly toolbox talks and ensure the crew is 100% compliant with OSHA standards. What You Bring to the

Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Procore, Fieldwire) and digital layouts.
Soft Skills:
A "problem-solver" mindset. You don't just find issues; you find solutions. Why This Role is Different Unlike mega-projects where you might be stuck in one room for six months, our small projects division offers:
