PEMB Foreman SCOPE:

Lead crews erecting Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems Read and interpret erection drawings, blueprints, and specifications Assign daily work and manage crew production Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and productivity Enforce OSHA requirements and jobsite safety procedures Conduct daily jobsite inspections and safety meetings Coordinate rigging, cranes, forklifts, and man lifts Communicate with customers, superintendents, and project management Complete daily reports, time records, and material requests Work hands-on with the crew when needed

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience as a PEMB / Metal Building Foreman OSHA 30 certification required Strong knowledge of metal building erection and structural steel Ability to independently read PEMB erection drawings and blueprints Experience leading and managing erection crews Experience with rigging, cranes, forklifts, and aerial/man lifts Valid driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills First Aid/CPR preferred Manufacturer PEMB certification preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must pass required background check
