Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced Carpentry Construction Foreman to join our team. Our primary focus at this time is in decking, installing products such as Trex and TimberTech. Additional work performed is primarily carpentry related in nature. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a construction crew in various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely and to budget. This role requires expert level craftsmanship , good communication skills, mathematics skills, physical stamina , attention to detail , a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and to aligning with our company culture . This role is very hands on and physically demanding. Required:
Own a reliable truck capable of towing trailers Able to work in a typical construction environment around dust, noise, all kinds of weather, heights, lifting 50 lbs or more, etc. Driver's License 18 years or olderPreferred:
