You'll oversee multiple roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring every customer receives the experience Hahn Roofing is known for. You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and keep jobs moving without waiting for permission. Your Responsibilities Lead roofing crews and subcontractors with confidence and professionalism Coordinate multiple active projects while maintaining quality, efficiency, and profitability Perform jobsite quality control inspections Identify issues early and solve them before they become expensive problems Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget Communicate daily with office staff, project managers, suppliers, and customers Maintain accurate documentation and updates in AccuLynx Enforce OSHA safety standards and company expectations Protect the Hahn Roofing reputation on every project Who You Are You're not someone who waits to be told what to do. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience leading roofing crews and owning project outcomes The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Confidence using smartphones, tablets, and job management software OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Insurance restoration experience is a plus What We Offer $75,000
