This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to company and customer expectations while providing leadership and direction to field teams. Responsibilities Lead and oversee field operations for multiple commercial electrical construction projects. Provide direction, support, and mentorship to Foremen and electricians. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily workforce needs. Communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades. Review project schedules, drawings, specifications, and scope requirements. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress. Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project timelines. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards. Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Promote quality control and safe work practices on assigned jobsites. Support training and development of field personnel. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience. Previous experience as a General Foreman Electrician. OSHA 10 certification minimum. Strong supervisory experience leading Foremen, electricians, and field teams. Experience with project scheduling, coordination, and field operations. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource management for electrical construction projects. Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications. Experience with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms. Ability to maintain quality control and ensure work meets project requirements. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on active construction sites. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
