What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule. Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Coordinate with General Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades. Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to electricians and apprentices. Monitor jobsite productivity and help identify and resolve issues in the field. Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety requirements. Support project scheduling, planning, and overall successful project execution.What We're Looking For:
Significant experience in commercial electrical construction- specifically Data Centers Proven leadership experience as a General Foreman, Foreman, or similar electrical construction role.
