Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical installation projects within commercial construction environments. This role involves managing electrical crews, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating project schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and construction management software. As a key team leader, you will drive project success by managing resources effectively and fostering a safety-first culture. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on commercial construction sites to ensure timely and quality installation of electrical systems. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Manage project schedules using construction management software Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, to coordinate construction activities, resolve issues, and optimize workflow. Conduct quality control checks on installed electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications. Manage crew assignments, training, and performance evaluations while maintaining a positive team environment focused on productivity and safety. Skills Extensive experience in commercial construction projects with a focus on electrical systems installation. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawing review, and interpreting electrical schematics. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively. Deep understanding of OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and construction safety management practices. Proven leadership skills in supervising teams in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and managerial abilities. Familiarity with construction site safety equipment such as ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits; experience with quality control procedures. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Pay:
