Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical ForemanExperience leading crews of 2 to 25 electriciansCommercial new construction and commercial remodel experienceExperience managing commercial electrical projects valued from $100K to $3M+Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, lighting, controls, and refrigeration powerAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawingsExperience with labor planning, material ordering, and project schedulingOSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtainStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% throughout California, Nevada, and ArizonaPorterMatt Electric Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
