Commercial Plumbing ForemanPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead and manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader who can run crews, coordinate work in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate can take full ownership of a job while also working independently when needed. Responsibilities Lead and manage field crews on commercial plumbing projects. Plan, layout, and oversee installation of: Domestic water systems (copper) Sanitary waste and vent (cast iron, PVC) Storm drainage systems Gas piping systems Fixtures and finish work Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate daily with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. Schedule manpower and delegate tasks effectively. Order and track materials to maintain job progress. Ensure all work meets code requirements and passes inspections. Perform and oversee system testing (air, water, pressure). Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen. Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization. Step in and perform hands-on work as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience. Proven experience running crews and managing projects. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems (copper, cast iron, PVC, ABS) Ability to read plans and manage layout independently. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule. Solid understanding of plumbing codes and inspections.
