Construction - Fence Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fence Foreman to lead and oversee fencing construction projects on-site. This role is vital in ensuring that fencing installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Fence Foreman, you will coordinate crews, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining excellent communication with clients and management. Your expertise in blueprint reading and site supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Duties Lead and supervise fencing installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to meet project deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure fences meet safety standards and client expectations Manage site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and inspections regularly Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on fencing Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety procedures Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Supervising experience with a track record of managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments Ability to read technical drawings and use testing tools like ohmmeters for electrical components when necessary Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of contracts management and project budgeting processes Construction site experience involving pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is preferred Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
