Marmol Radziner, an Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interiors and Construction firm based in Los Angeles, is looking for a full-time Landscape Construction Foreman to add to our team. Our firm specializes in high-end private residential projects, commercial and community design. All applicants should be highly motivated, have experience working in a team environment, and have exceptional communication skills.

Landscape Construction Foreman The Landscape Construction Foreman works under the direction of the Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the on-site landscape construction operations of the firm's projects. The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for the following: Reading and interpreting detailed construction documents and specifications. Supervising landscape installation crews to ensure technical correctness and adherence to design intent. Frequently communicating with the Landscape Construction Project Manager, landscape construction field crews and clients. Understanding project budgets and schedules. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the landscape construction field Comprehensive knowledge of landscape installation methods and best practices Experience installing drip and conventional spray irrigation systems Understanding of irrigation timer programing and irrigation valve wiring for all major brands Experience installing and operating low voltage landscape lighting systems Strong understanding of site drainage and erosion control best practices Experience installing green roof irrigation, drainage and planting Ability to operate a skid steer, mini- excavator and telehandler Understanding of proper tree care, plant care, knowledge of soil types and amendments Strong organization and communication skills Applicants must have a clean DMV record be able to drive a company truck when needed Bilingual speaking in English and Spanish Physically able to work along-side crew members The position includes full time employment, with the following benefits available: Health, vision, dental, 401k, and paid holiday, vacation, and sick time.
