Job Description

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise, coordinate and perform duties for daily operations with your construction crew. Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment. Manage scheduling, material deliveries and equipment on site. Collaborate with owner to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget. Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of construction experience; 2 yrs leadership role is a plus.
Electrical and Plumbing experience. Strong knowledge of construction, proper construction practices, materials, and safety protocols. Ability or willingness to read blueprints. Must have your own basic tools and a clean driving record as a company truck is available. Excellent communication skills
REQUIRED
Problem-solving skills. Bilingual is A +

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
