In this role, you will lead a team of skilled crew members through all phases of landscape construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in hardscaping, plant installation, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance will drive the success of our outdoor environments. Responsibilities Lead a crew of landscape construction workers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Oversee all aspects of hardscaping construction projects, including patio installation, retaining walls, walkways, and other structures Manage irrigation systems installation and maintenance to ensure optimal landscape health and efficiency Operate groundskeeping equipment and landscaping machinery safely and efficiently during project execution Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related outdoor work environments Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping practices Hands-on experience with hardscape construction projects such as paving, stonework, and fencing Familiarity with irrigation management systems and irrigation installation techniques Ability to operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment responsibly Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate crew members Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Join our team to lead inspiring outdoor projects that enhance communities!
