We specialize in custom homes and new construction and are looking for a strong field leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, can oversee crews and projects, and wants the opportunity to grow with our company.
Starting Pay:
$40.00+ per hour Higher pay available based on experience, qualifications, and leadership ability. What You'll Do Oversee HVAC installations on custom homes and new construction projects Supervise and coordinate HVAC installers, technicians, and field crews Review plans, specifications, and job requirements before and during installation Perform jobsite walkthroughs and quality-control inspections Make sure installations are completed correctly, efficiently, and to company standards Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs Monitor project schedules and keep jobs moving Communicate with builders, project superintendents, field crews, and our office Identify and resolve field issues before they create delays Assist with system start-ups, troubleshooting, and technical issues as needed Train and support field employees while holding crews accountable for quality and productivity Maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites What We're Looking For Strong HVAC installation and technical knowledge Experience with custom homes and/or new construction strongly preferred Previous experience as an HVAC lead, foreman, supervisor, or superintendent preferred Ability to read and understand HVAC plans and specifications Strong knowledge of ductwork, refrigerant piping, equipment installation, airflow, controls, and system start-up Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and crews Valid driver's license with a good driving record Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of projects Grow With Us We're looking for someone who wants more than just another HVAC job.
