Job Description

Exclusive Cabinets and Countertops is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Working Foreman / Lead Remodeler to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations, specifically kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, and countertop installations. This is a hands-on leadership role . You will be responsible for leading a small crew on-site, coordinating daily tasks, and working actively alongside the team to deliver flawless craftsmanship. ###

Key Responsibilities Lead and Execute:

Oversee daily job site operations while actively working with tools to complete remodeling tasks.

Full Remodeling:

Perform high-quality installation of cabinets, countertops, flooring , and complete kitchen/bath renovations.

Finishing Work:

Handle precise tile layout, backsplash work, metal profile installations (Schluter systems), and fine finish carpentry.

Coordination:

Manage on-site materials, assign daily tasks to helpers, and maintain clear communication with management regarding project progress.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure all work meets company standards for aesthetics, cleanliness, and safety regulations. ###

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in residential remodeling (proven experience in kitchens, bathrooms, tile, and cabinetry is required).

Leadership:

Previous experience managing or leading a small crew on construction sites.

Tools:

Must have your own basic hand and power tools.

License:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to move between job sites. ### What We Offer Competitive weekly pay based on experience. Consistent, year-round work. A professional, supportive, and respectful work environment.
