Our culture prioritizes safety, operational excellence, workforce development, and client satisfaction. Position Summary Pacific Tech Communications Inc. (PTC) is seeking a qualified Coax Technician to support fiber optic and telecommunications construction projects. This position plays a key role in safe, compliant, and production-driven execution of OSP and ISP infrastructure builds. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned construction and installation tasks per engineered specifications Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain daily production and safety reporting Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to meet production goals Required Qualifications Relevant experience in telecommunications or construction field operations Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50-75 lbs (role dependent) Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications CDL preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience in fiber optic construction environments Physical Requirements Extended standing, lifting, and bending Ability to work at heights (if applicable to role) Exposure to outdoor and high-traffic environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive wage (DOE) Overtime eligibility (if applicable) Advancement opportunities within a growing telecommunications organization Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Pacific Tech Communications Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
