Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Residential Construction Foreman to lead job site operations from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, can manage crews effectively, keeps projects on schedule and on budget, and has a strong eye for quality. Candidate ideally has a strong background in carpentry and practical knowledge of all trades The Foreman will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to plans/specifications, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential new builds and large remodels Manage subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure timely, high-quality work Interpret blueprints, construction documents, and project schedules Track progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA standards Troubleshoot and solve construction issues in real time Assist with material orders, deliveries, and inventory management Conduct site walkthroughs with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction experience, including foreman or lead carpenter roles Proven experience managing new single-family home builds and large-scale remodel projects Strong knowledge of residential framing, finish work, and building systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient with basic technology (email, project management apps, smartphones/tablets) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred What We Offer Competitive pay (DOE) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on role) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth in a family-oriented, supportive environment 401k The chance to work on high-quality, rewarding projects from start to finish How to
