Conterra Inc. is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to lead crews on specialized construction projects. If you've built drainage systems, bioretention basins, bioswales, golf courses, water features, grading projects, or other commercial landscape projects—and you're ready to take the next step in your career, we want to talk to you. About Conterra Conterra specializes in the installation of geomembrane liner systems used in: Golf course lakes and ponds Stormwater detention systems Water features Environmental containment projects Civil construction Our work is unique, technical, and challenging. Every project is different, providing opportunities to continually learn and develop new skills. What You'll Do Lead field crews while maintaining a safe, productive jobsite. Plan daily work and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials. Communicate with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients. Read plans, layouts, elevations, and project specifications. Train and mentor crew members. Monitor quality and ensure work meets company standards. Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving efficiently. Perform hands-on field work alongside your crew. What We're Looking For Experience in one or more of the following: Commercial landscaping Golf course construction or maintenance Grading and excavation Drainage installation Stormwater construction Underground utilities Bioretention basins and bioswales Heavy civil construction

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading crews Strong communication skills Ability to read construction plans Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel Why Join Conterra?
