What You'll Do Master-Level Diagnostics & Repairs:
Serve as our primary technical expert for complex diagnostic, programming, and mechanical challenges across premium European lines.
Drive Shop Flow & Production:
Lead daily 5-10 minute morning huddles, dispatch work intelligently based on tech skill levels, and optimize turnaround times. Elevate the

Provide hands-on coaching and execute quality control checks to uphold our standard of excellence and very low-comeback expectations.
Inspection Excellence:
Oversee thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to give our service advisor and clients clear, professional transparency.
What We're Looking For European Expertise:
8+ years of dedicated professional experience diagnosing and repairing BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi/VW vehicles.
Tooling Proficiency:
Expert command of factory systems (ISTA, ODIS, XENTRY/STAR) and advanced diagnostic platforms.
Growth Mindset:
High emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, and a relentless desire to learn, adapt, and grow.
Rockstar Competence:
Strong organization, proficiency with digital shop management tools, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety.
Pay:
$38.00 - $55.00 per hour
