Overview 5 Stone Mechanical is a Mechanical Contractor in the state of Colorado. We take pride in our workmanship and are relationship based. The foreman or superintendent hired will be part of a team that is directly impacting the culture and success of our company. The opportunity to build a future, with the path you create within a company is rare. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Foreman/Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, including project scheduling, budgeting, and blueprint reading. The flexibility of working with a plumbing start-up is required as you will have the opportunity to help mold the company's culture. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project schedules and budgets. Read and interpret Contract Drawings, Plumbing Details, Manufacturer Installation manuals, and schematics to guide construction efforts effectively. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Excel. Monitor progress against project timelines, making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule. Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations. Provide training and support to team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of building processes. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is required. Experience in building Hotels and Multi-Family is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety standards. $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
