We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented foreman to be responsible for overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive , electrical, concrete, and pools. Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

• Help supervise projects under Field Operation Manager, help with scheduling work and supervising work crews
• Be able to interact and provide basic information with clients
• Ensure that pool projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
• Perform hands-on tasks and learn how LPFR builds our backyard projects
• Monitor and maintain the quality under Field Operation Manager's guidance
• Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed
• Knowledge on ground leveling and grading
• Work closely with Field Operations manager and crew and be a good team player Foreman Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of construction experience or related field
• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Pool related experience would be viewed very favorably
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects
• Knowledge of basic plumbing with PVC
• Knowledge of basic electrical in high and low voltage
• Knowledge of how to pour and form concrete
• Knowledge on how to build small walls with CMU block
• Willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to use excavation equipment
• Bilingual in

English and Spanish Pay:

$30.10 - $31.72 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
