Job Description

Painting Foreman / Lead Painter We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painting Foreman to lead our crew and deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for both executing painting tasks and overseeing project operations from start to finish. We are looking for someone with a strong background who takes pride in their craft—but for the right, motivated individual, we are open to training those with less experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Execute:
Manage daily on-site operations, assigning tasks, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
Preparation:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and performing minor restoration or renovation work to ensure a flawless finish.
Quality Application:
Apply paint, stain, and high-end finishes using brushes, rollers, and professional spray equipment.
Operational Oversight:
Manage job-site logistics, maintain an organized work environment, and act as the primary point of contact for the paint crew.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in a painting role is preferred; deep knowledge of application techniques, restoration, and remodeling is a major plus.
Leadership:
Strong work ethic and the ability to guide others.
Reliability:
Must have your own reliable transportation. Attention to

Commitment to precision and high-quality results in every project, regardless of size.
