Job Summary Bryant Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Plumbing Superintendent to lead residential plumbing projects in the Delaware area. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of plumbing installation on residential sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with local building codes and regulations. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality standards, and foster excellent client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional eager to manage complex plumbing systems and contribute to the success of residential construction projects. Duties Lead and manage plumbing teams on residential construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic water systems, waste disposal systems, and other plumbing components in residential settings. Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory requirements. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work phases and address any site-specific challenges promptly. Conduct quality inspections throughout project phases to verify proper installation and adherence to safety standards. Manage procurement of materials and tools necessary for plumbing tasks while maintaining budget controls. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and technical troubleshooting. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety compliance reports, and project logs for accountability and future reference. Skills Extensive knowledge of residential plumbing systems. Strong understanding of local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulations applicable to residential projects. Proven experience managing plumbing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with site experience in new builds. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately. Skilled in basic math calculations related to construction estimates. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards; capable of enforcing safety practices among team members and subcontractors.
