Must be proficient in Blueprint and Shop drawing Reading, Lay-out, Site Management, and all aspects of Residential Construction such as Finished Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Systems, AV Systems etc. The preferable candidate is a person with at least 2 years' field experience in the management of subcontractors for residential construction. In addition to the candidates' knowledge of construction, the skills and personal traits necessary to be considered for this opportunity are responsibility, accuracy and dependability. This person must be dynamic, energetic, industrious and diligent with an attention for detail. Salary commensurate to experience. Will be discussed during the interview process. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
