We're growing on purpose, not by accident — and we're looking for the field leader who's going to help us do it right. What you'll own As Foreman, the jobsite is yours.

You will:

Lead a crew day-to-day on residential and heavy commercial work — layout, install, troubleshoot, and finish. Set the standard. Your crew's quality, code compliance, and pace are on you. Read the plans, stage the material, and keep the job on schedule and on budget. Train up your apprentices and helpers — a great foreman builds the next crew, not just this one. Be the face of Coharbor on site: coordinate with the GC's super, inspectors, and customers. Keep the jobsite safe. PPE, protocols, no exceptions. You lead safety by doing it, not talking about it. Track your job in ServiceTitan — time, photos, documentation. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Who you are You take ownership. Problems on your site are your problems to solve, not to pass up the chain. You've got heavy commercial experience and you're comfortable on residential remodels and new construction too. You know the NEC cold and you can prove it in the field. Your crew respects you because you're competent and fair — not because of a title. You'd rather be held to a high standard than coddled on a low one. Who you're not Not someone who needs to be babysat or chased for updates. Not someone who cuts corners. Not someone who blames the crew, the GC, or the weather. What you need to have 6+ years electrical construction experience (residential and commercial). 2+ years leading a crew. Expert NEC knowledge; strong blueprint and spec reading. Valid Florida driver's license, clean record. OSHA 10 or 30 (or willing to earn it within 30 days).

$32.90 - $37.63 per hour
